Guests and volunteers learn by doing and share their talents with others. We offer activities appropriate for all ages: individuals and families, youth and community groups are welcome.

Community Forestry Day -
Changes Coming
The transition to autumn will have volunteers both in and out-of-doors. September is our last chance to complete any construction projects or outdoor building maintenance, and prepare facilities for the wetter months ahead. If you are handy, like to paint or build things, or would enjoy hosting lunch for our volunteers, please join our community in the forest.

Noon Lunch- please call ahead so we know to expect you
1:00pm Volunteer projects continue
2:00pm Tour provides an insider's view of sustainable forestry; 90-minutes with some walking on rough or un-even ground.
4:00pm Put tools away and clean up
